Every time you access our website, page view data in regard to this event is recorded by us and saved as a logfile on the server of our provider. This data is collected for technical reasons and only used for statistical purposes and to improve our offer. Your personal identity cannot be determined by this data. Registration and Online-Shop

If you want to purchase our software you have to create an account via registration on our website. The registration process requires you to indicate an user name, your e-mail address, the name, address and phone number of your company, your personal name and where you heard from our company. Optionally you can indicate the fax number and the website of your company, your position in the company and your direct phone access.

Personal data required for forming, closing and amending our contractual relationship are solely used for the registration process. Personal data required for downloading, using and, if applicable, billing our offers are solely used for executing our contracts with you. These data are in particular your name, your address, your e-mail-address and the offer you made use of. If applicable, we forward your name or the name of your company and your address or the address of your company to a shipping company (Deutsche Post, UPS, FEDEX and DHL) solely for shipping software to you and therefore executing our contracts with you. After termination of contract, the personal data are stored where required for commercial or fiscal purposes for a certain period of time according to German law. After the deadline the personal data are deleted, unless you gave any further consent to store the data.

Information, correction, locking and deleting data

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data saved in our company. Furthermore, you have the right to correct, have it withdrawn or delete your data. Of course, you have the possibility to object the collection, processing or use of your data and/or revoke your consent to our collection, processing or using of your data for the future, unless this data is required for implementing our contracts.
